In this activity the child sorts pictures of animals (or figurines) by whether they are of vertebrates or invertebrates.
Presentation
- Take the material to a mat or table.
- Place the labels at the top of the workspace.
- Sort the pictures by whether they are of a vertebrate or an invertebrate.
