Welcome to Montessori Album,
a wiki dedicated to sharing Montessori lessons.

This wiki was created to give Montessori teachers a way to look up lessons without having to lug out their albums in those giant binders, and a place to share extensions, variation, and original lesson that they have come up with. This site is also for those who are not Montessori trained to learn more about the lessons that are taught in a Montessori classroom, such as parents who wish to use Montessori elements in a home-school environment. Click on one of the subject areas listed in blue at the top of the page to see what we have so far.

If you are a Montessorian, please feel free to help fill in missing information in the lessons. Please be sure that the information you enter is in your own words though, don't copy information from training program handouts or from a book word for word without permission. Check out the Example Lesson to see the format used on this website.

This site is just getting started (as of July 2009), so be sure to check back with us later. We are anxious to know what people think of this wiki so far. So if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions about anything on the site please let us know at [email protected].

Consult the User's Guide for information on using the wiki software.
